WORK TO DEVELOP
Exchange of good practices in the field of online support for unemployed people who have less technological skills, usually people over 45 years of age and / or people with fewer resources and professional training.
THEMATIC WORKING GROUPS AND ACTIVITIES
THEMATIC WORKING GROUPS
Will be set up to deepen the exchange of experiences and good practices, thus fostering learning for the entities and professionals involved.
Each partner will be responsible for the compilation and elaboration of the products according to the theme most linked to their activity:
- ICT tools for the provision of services and training of unemployed adults (ILDEFE)
- Elimination of barriers to online resources for disadvantaged groups (ILDEFE)
- Platforms of training services for the unemployed aimed at smartphones (CIOFS-FP)
- How to involve the groups in difficulties for accessing these services (PREVIFORM)
ACTIVITIES
- Contact with key actors in the topics and with professionals of different profiles (multidisciplinary).
- Compilation of information regarding good practices.
- Why are they considered best practices.
- Formulas to extrapolate these experiences.
- Analysis of the different possible contexts.
- Generate a protocol for their implementation.
During the development of the project, EPALE will be used as a management tool to:
1º.- Create a “collaborative space” that allows project management.
2º.- Participate in “communities of practice”.
