The partners of this project, four different entities located in different countries of the European Union, exchanged their online service models and methodological innovative solutions especially focusing on those services provided for unemployed adults with low digital resources and skills.

They tried to analyze the existing experiences in other territories and transnational learning actions detecting what would be worth replicating or modified, always seeking innovation, to expand and develop the technical, pedagogical and methodological competencies of educators and other personnel who support adult education.
